Job Overview
Wild Wing Cafe is seeking full-time and part-time servers with weekend availability to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a vital part of our restaurant, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that our guests have an outstanding dining experience.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Provide menu information and assist guests with food and beverage selections.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to fine dining standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining tables, waiting areas, and restrooms.
• Assist with catering events or banquets as needed, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
• MUST be able to work weekends and evenings

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is highly desirable, particularly in fine dining or restaurant settings.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is preferred.
• Experience in catering or banquet service is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are essential.
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience is required.
